Golden Rules

Benefits of Key Ingredients

Age Reversist contains several key active ingredients that work together to produce its anti-aging effects.

Scandinavian Red Algae Extract - Rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals to protect the skin from environmental damage and collagen breakdown over time. Helps improve elasticity. This rare algae found in northern European waters has been shown to protect collagen and elastin while fighting signs of aging. The key compounds in Scandinavian red algae increase cell turnover, stimulate collagen production, and reduce the breakdown of elastin leading to wrinkles and loss of firmness. Clinical studies on the algae extract demonstrate improved skin elasticity, texture, and smoothness.

Kaolin Clay - Absorbs excess oil and promotes cellular turnover to reveal brighter, smoother skin. Also gently exfoliates to refine skin texture.

Polylactic Acid - An anti-aging acid that smooths fine lines and wrinkles. Helps stimulate collagen production for firmer skin.

Laminaria Digitata Extract- Laminaria Digitata, also known as sea kelp or brown seaweed, is a marine plant extract rich in nutrients and compounds that aid skin healing and offer protection from UV rays. Laminaria Digitata contains polyphenolic antioxidants known as phlorotannins that help brown seaweed defend itself from UV exposure, studies prove the antioxidants perform the same way on the outer layer of the skin. Phloroglucinol aids with skin-calming benefits.

Sodium Carrageenan-Carrageenans is a red marine seaweed. It is a biopolymer and it has the potential to swell 1000 times in water. Similar to other seaweeds it is an amazing source of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, and carbohydrates.

Kaolin Clay- Kaolin clay, also known as white clay, can have a pink, green, or red tint, depending on the mineral content. This clay originated and has been mined in Southern China for centuries, originally used for the production of China. Today it is one of the most abundant minerals on earth and is mined all over the world. Kaolin clay is a gentle but effective exfoliant and cleanser. It can absorb excess oil and draw out impurities from the skin without being harsh or abrasive. The small particles in kaolin clay help scrub away dead skin cells and uncover fresh new skin. It also stimulates circulation which improves skin tone. Kaolin clay cleanses pores while respecting the skin's natural moisture balance. It has been proven to be a game-changer in the skincare world.

Poly-L-Lactic Acid- also known as PLLA, is a biodegradable, biocompatible polymer derived from lactic acid. For the intention of PLLA to be used as an injectable filler its bio capabilities have been paramount in combating anti-aging techniques. PLLA as an injectable filler, provides temporary results and stimulates collagen production. The findings as a topical treatment have also provided paramount results in improving elasticity, stimulating collagen production, and adding volume to the skin's appearance. As a topical treatment, poly-lactic acid in skincare provides proven results in fighting against the natural effects of skin damage due to environmental, aging, and UV damage. Polylactic acid also helps strengthen the skin's moisture barrier and increase hydration. It provides resurfacing benefits similar to glycolic acid but is less irritating, making it ideal for sensitive skin. Over time, regular use of Poly-L-Lactic Acid reveals smoother, brighter, more youthful-looking skin.

Vitamin C Complex- also known as L-ascorbic acid in the dermatology fields, holds powerful components and could be the most beneficial combatant in the health and preservation of skin. The research proves that applied topically vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radical damage. Vitamin C in skincare, stimulates collagen production, reducing the signs of fine lines and wrinkles. Topical vitamin C has also been seen to correct hyperpigmentation, resulting in even skin tone.

Vitamins A- Vitamin A  is an essential nutrient that supports skin, eye, and reproductive health. It also aids in immune function. Vitamin A  is a retinoid, which is readily absorbed through the skin, making it an essential ingredient in topical treatments.

Vitamins E- is another OG in the skincare field. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble essential nutrient.  It has anti-inflammatory properties which aid in healing. Vitamin E helps support cell function and skin health. Vitamin E is an antioxidant and offers all the benefits of fighting free radicals and reducing UV damage to the skin.

Vitamin F- isn't a vitamin. It's a combination of two essential fatty acids: linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid. In recent years vitamin F as a topical has shown to be an aggressive component in maintaining the skin barrier and effectively heals skin conditions. When used topically, vitamin F is anti-inflammatory and has moisturizing benefits.  Vitamin F is proven to soothe skin and reinforce the moisture barrier.

Sodium PCA- is a humectant naturally found in the skin, sodium PCA makes up about 12% of the skin’s natural moisturizing factor (NMF). Because it is a natural component in our human bodies, it responds well as a topical. Topical humectants attract water to the skin and hold them in the top layers. In personal care products, they help hydrate the skin, hair, or nails. Hyaluronic acid and glycerin are examples of humectants. As a Humectant Sodium PCA can hold up to 250 times its weight in water.

Marine Plankton Extract:  considered to be an abundant source of bioactive compounds, this genius extract is a game changer in dermatology.  A new game player in the dermatology field, marine bioactive compounds, are reshaping how we treat anti-aging concerns in skincare. Marine plankton carbohydrates are proving to be beneficial to the skin, in providing antioxidants, anti-melanogenic, and skin anti-aging properties.

Organic Chamomile Water - As there are so many benefits of chamomile in skincare, I'm keeping it simple and referencing the valuable aspects in combating anti-aging. Chamomile is tried and true to be a powerful Antioxidant, which combats oxidative stress caused by free radicals.  Oxidative stress is one of the major nemesis in aging skin. It is directly linked to fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and other signs of aging. When Chamomile water is applied to the skin, it may help reduce signs of aging by protecting the skin from free radical damage.

Organic Hamamelis Water- Also known as witch hazel. This plant is from the Hamamelidaceae family. It is a bush-like deciduous tree originally from Canada and the USA. More Popularly known as Witch hazel, this topical has been used in skincare for many years. It's proven to soothe itchy skin and has antibacterial, antioxidant, and wound-healing properties. Its astringent & anti-inflammatory effects promote healing for minor skin injuries, reduce skin inflammation, and have been proven to reduce varicose veins, as well as sun-damaged skin.

Sea Water & Hydrolyzed Algin- is a natural polysaccharide extracted from brown seaweed. Hydrolyzed Algin has been proven to hydrate, soothe, and provide anti-aging properties. It has humectant properties that help to retain moisture and maintain volume in the skin. Hydrolyzed Algin improves skin elasticity, and is thought to increase the production of hyaluronic acid and collagen in the skin. Like most seaweeds utilized in skincare, Hydrolyzed algin is a potent antioxidant that protects the skin from environmental stressors.

The Future of Anti-Aging Skincare

As consumer demand for effective anti-aging products continues to grow, we can expect to see exciting innovations on the horizon for products like Age Reversist. Here are some key areas researchers and developers are focusing on:

New ingredient discoveries: Scientists are continuously researching and discovering new anti-aging compounds from natural sources like plants, algae, and minerals. Enhanced delivery systems: Getting active ingredients to penetrate deep into the skin where they are needed is an ongoing challenge. Scientists are developing more advanced delivery systems using things like microencapsulation to help ingredients better absorb into the skin. New massaging applicator devices may also help drive ingredients in.

Personalized formulas: Anti-aging needs differ depending on skin type and condition. Brands are looking into developing more customized product formulations tailored to individual needs. AI-based skin diagnostic tools may play a role in analyzing each person's skin and creating personalized formulas.

Supplement synergies: Topical skincare likely works best when combined with nutritional supplements that support skin health from the inside. Scientists are studying how supplement ingredients like collagen and antioxidants can be synergistic with topical products. This could lead to more integrated anti-aging regimens.

At-home beauty tech: Devices that allow consumers to get professional-level anti-aging treatments at home are a growth area. Examples include at-home microcurrent, phototherapy, and ultrasound devices. As technology advances and becomes more affordable, adoption of these devices is expected to increase.

Overall the future looks bright for continual innovation in the anti-aging skincare space. Scientists recognize the strong consumer demand for products that deliver meaningful improvements in skin's appearance and youthfulness. They are responding with cutting-edge research into new ingredients, enhanced formulas, and novel delivery methods. While a true "fountain of youth" may not arrive, we can expect better and better anti-aging solutions to help consumers achieve their skin health goals.
